Do you ship frozen pizzas?
Yes, we are able to overnight frozen pizzas anywhere UPS has overnight shipping from Champaign, IL. It is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, and some parts of Maine.
How do the pizzas come?
They are delivered by UPS. They must be sent overnight. They are shipped in a foam insulated box with dry ice. The box can fit up to 7 pizzas.
How much does it cost?
It can be costly. The more you ship, the less it is per pizza. Whether you send one pizza or five, the price for the dry ice and insulated shipping box is the same. The shipping is calculated by the weight of the pizzas and how far they have to travel, so it is dependent on what type of crust, how many pizzas, and ingredients that you order.
What kind of pizzas do you ship?
We can ship any type of crust (Original pan, Super stuffed, or American thin) in a 12" size. A 12" serves 3 people.
How many ingredients can I put on a frozen pizza?
We recommend under 5 ingredients for optimal cooking in your home oven.
Are the pizzas pre-cooked?
No, the pizzas are not pre-cooked. Once they are defrosted, you bake them following the instructions on the box.
How can I pay for my order?
We are able to take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for shipping orders over the phone. No personal checks.
What days do you ship?
We ship Monday-Thursday. The pizzas must be sent overnight, so you will receive them the next day.
Can I send pizzas as a gift?
Yes, just let us know when ordering and we will not include the price or receipt.
